Long or short? That is the question. I'm making a fan for a friend out of ostrich and pheasant feathers. Ostrich feathers move the air, the pheasant are for embellishment. I'm trying to decide on how long to leave the pheasant feathers. Think I found the length I want. I'm going to let it sit on my desk right now in their current placement and go back to it. I do that a lot, let things sit or shall I say incubate before making the final decision.
