- Tell us a little about yourself...
- My name is Sue Rundle-Hughes and I'm an illustrator.
I originally trained in costume design before developing an interest in illustration. Now I love drawing fairies, animals and children. I presently live in Stafford with my husband and three Scottish terriers, but I'm originally from Caerphilly in South Wales, famous for its cheese and magnificent, medieval castle.
I gather my inspiration from everywhere but in particular, nature, animals, children, tales of yore and fairies and my own imagination. I love all things magical and other than painting, my favourite pastimes are animals, the countryside reading and drinking tea, the latter two preferably at the same time, curled up on a large, comfy sofa.
